Il sig Salvo è sempre cortese e impeccabile, pronto e dare spiegazioni e consigli per come usare i suoi prodotti, le sue farine o il suo lievito madre. Ma la sua gentilezza è pari alla genuinità dei suoi ingredienti, cosa ormai veramente rara. Tutto eccezionale, ma prima di credermi ciecamente provate gli arancini, non sapete cosa vi perdete, io ogni volta ripenso a Montalbano e immagino che avessero questo sapore quelli che gli preparava Adelina, fatti con lo stesso amore e la stessa cura.
No negative reviews can be made for this exercise. Mr Salvo is always courteous and impeccable, ready to give explanations and advice on how to use his products, his flours or his sourdough. But his kindness is equal to the genuineness of his ingredients, which is now really rare. All exceptional, but before you believe me blindly try the arancini, you don't know what you're missing, every time I think of Montalbano and I imagine that they had this flavor those that Adelina prepared for him, made with the same love and the same care.
