Un via vai di gente (né addetti al banco, né addetti alla preparazione....praticamente entrati da fuori!!!!) che entra ed esce dalla cucina (senza mascherina) come se nulla fosse..... Io capisco tutto.....ma secondo me c'è qualcosa da migliorare!!!!! Good arancini (but not always) .... Quite good (but overpriced) sandwiches ..... Iniziamo con il primo, dove anzichè il formaggio fuso c'era del formaggio letteralmente freddo da frigo, uscito e messo nel panino senza fatto cucinare. Rovinando un panino da 7 euro e rendendolo immangiabile. Secondo panino, wurstel e patatine, arrivato in passato sempre con il classico morbidone lungo e con il wurstel e patatine che lo riempiono.Come ovunque a catania. Oggi, evidentemente erano senza pane, lo mandano nel panino rotondo, mettendo un wurstel intero (senza nemmeno tagliarlo) al centro del panino e 4 patatine precise attorno.Risultato? panino letteralmente vuoto con un wurstel caduto di lato appena aperto. Finale, provo a chiamare 3 volte, per dargli la possibilità di rimediare, nessuna risposta. In generale la qualità è andata scendendo ogni settimana nell'ultimo mese, un peccato visto che aveva potenzialità. Addio, da un cliente che ordinerà dalla concorrenza da oggi in poi. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla ragazza al bancone che nonostante quella sera non fossero stati preparati gli arancini vegani ha saputo indicarci delle alternative apprezzabili ed edibili anche da chi non mangia derivati animali. Molto cortesi e disponibili, valida scelta di birre anche artigianali nostrane. Molto soddisfatta! Nice surprise! Qualità discreta degli arancini con vari gusti e fatti a richiesta quindi freschissimi, ma attenzione tutti non si trovano sempre. Prezzi nella norma. Il locale è ben posizionato quindi oltre all'asporto è possibile mangiare nella piazzetta qui a Sant'Agata Li Battiati. We took the lunch special with primo and secondo, 8€, which was pasta, potatoes, parmigiana and some rolled meat - quite a lot, would have been enough for two. I took two arancini which were great. Staff was super friendly and there's parking available right in front on the street. Great value, can only recommend.
