L'ho scoperto nel corso della quarantena speranzoso di aver trovato un forno di riferimento per il quotidiano, ebbene non è stato così. Mi hanno fatto rimpiangere quello del supermercato: è tutto dire.
 Making bread is an art that does not belong to this place, that calling a bakery would be an injustice towards real bakers.
