Complimenti al personale per il grande impegno in questo periodo, sempre con il sorriso nonostante la mole di lavoro. Consigliatissimo. Super stocked and well organized. Fast service even with the queue. Congratulations to the staff for their great commitment in this period, always with a smile despite the amount of work. Highly recommended.

Le ragazze sono maleducate, scontrose e non riescono a stare a contatto con i clienti. Nonostante sia entrata per fare un acquisto (non basso precisiamo) sono stata maltrattata dalle ragazze che hanno alzato la voce e si sono messe a litigare con me. Sconsiglio di scegliere questo punto vendita per via del personale, io che entro per lasciare i miei soldi al negozio non devo essere maltrattata perché loro non sanno come si sta a contatto con la clientela! If there had been the possibility of not putting any stars, I would have done it! Bad experience! The girls are rude, grumpy and can't keep in touch with customers. Although I entered to make a purchase (not low to specify) I was mistreated by the girls who raised their voices and started arguing with me. Lo sconsiglio perché le ragazze sono veramente scortesi e quando chiedi di farti vedere altri tipi di charm sembrano scocciate come a dire te li faccio vedere ma sbrigati a scegliere ed andartene!!! Non ci si comporta così. Well stocked for charms, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings. I do not recommend it because the girls are really rude and when you ask to show you other types of charms they seem annoyed as if to say I will show them to you but hurry up to choose and leave !!! Dopo più di un ora di fila la commessa non mi ha cambiato l'anello perché dovevo metterlo nella scatola e invece lo avevo indossato...e con fare scontroso mi ha detto :"recati in un altro negozio, prendi il tuo anello e fai finta di non averlo indossato e mettilo nella scatola". Mi sembra assurdo quello che mi è stato detto!. Ho acquistato diversi gioielli di questo marchio e quando ho avuto problemi e magari avevo il gioiello indossato, nessuna commessa mi ha mai causato dei problemi. Personale preparato e gentile e internazionale, l'ultima volta ci ha servito una commessa brasiliana molto gentile e preparata ci ha dato dei consigli che sono stati molto utili!!! Infatti mia moglie ha risolto un problema che aveva con il bracciale pandora che si era rovinato, ma con i suoi consigli è tornato come nuovo!!!! Grazie mille.
