★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, ordinato un cinturino, lasciato acconto... Dopo 40 giorni mi viene comunicato che è in arrivo. Ma il giorno prima dell'arrivo mi chiamano dicendomi che il cinturino è fuori produzione. BUGIA...ho acquistato altrove il prodotto in solo giorno!!!
Bad experience, ordered a strap, left on account ... After 40 days I am informed that it is coming. But the day before the arrival they call me telling me that the strap is out of production. LIE ... I bought the product elsewhere in just one day !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole.. ordinato un anello tre mesi fa.. ancora non sono riuscita ad averlo.. o meglio.. ad averlo in ottime condizioni.. rimandato indietro per una riparazione è tornato a me con una pietra totalmente diversa.. alcuni soggetti del personale totalmente impreparati e incapaci di stare al pubblico.. incapaci di risolvere il problema e capaci solo a dirti di tornare altre ennesime volte.. Rivoglio i soldi non le prese in giro.. I soldi non cadono dal cielo per nessuno.. tutti lavoriamo per averli.. quindi risparmiate le prese in giro e lavorate seriamente.. ribadisco non ho parole.
I have no words .. ordered a ring three months ago .. I still haven't managed to get it .. or better .. to have it in excellent condition .. sent back for a repair has returned to me with a totally different stone .. some subjects of the staff totally unprepared and incapable of being to the public .. unable to solve the problem and only able to tell you to come back another few times .. Sono già cliente da svariati anni , un mese fa mi hanno informato che il mio gioiello ,dato loro per una riparazione, è stato rubato al corriere insieme ad altri oggetti di altri clienti . Nonostante la colpa non fosse loro si sono fatti in 4 per accontentare le mie richieste e alla fine mi hanno restituito un gioiello nuovo ,con garanzia e tutto identico a quello rubato.

Very kind and helpful ... I have already been a customer for several years, a month ago they informed me that my jewel, given to them for repair, was stolen from the courier along with other objects of other customers. Although it was not their fault, they went out of their way to satisfy my requests and in the end they returned me a new jewel, with guarantee and all identical to the stolen one.
