★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICE. Didn’t mind the slow service since it’s a small shop but the service was truly awful. Usually they come greet you by the door with their little tray but they didn’t do that for me (I checked and they did for everyone else but me). Then they didn’t want to show me some charms that I wanted compare. In the end I bought a bracelet with a charm (it was my bday present after all). After paying they didn’t even give me a box or a bag. They even managed to drop my charm at the cashier and laughed it off, not even a sorry. At this point I started to get a feeling that they were racist. Avoid this shop at all costs. After that time I didn’t want to go back to the store so I ordered another charm online and everything was fine, came with the receipt and a box. I got better service buying online than at the store. This happened in April and I still remember until this day. AVOID THIS STORE.

This Pandora really has some nice staff that offers the best service. They understand their job and are happy to assist you. Highly recommendable!
