Sicuramente era annoiata o aveva cavoli per la testa, ma non si lavora così. Dubito che nel mio negozuo vorrei commesse così. Dalle recensioni noto che la scortesia e la noia sono prerogativa di questo punto vendita. The rudeness of the saleswoman named Perla, zero availability to show the articles, zero advice. There is this or that stop! Sure she was bored or had cabbage on her mind, but that's not how you work. I doubt that I would like orders like this in my shop. Chiesto un consiglio mi sono ritrovato con la commessa che nemmeno parlava: ha appoggiato la sua tavolozza con i gioielli sul mobiletto e ha solo aspettato che io scegliessi. Interesse 0, educazione 0, voglia di lavorare 0. Piuttosto aspetto la spedizione ma in questo negozio sicuramente non tornerò. Siete pessime, scegliete meglio il personale. Gli scorsi natale era molto meglio. P.s. Leggevo le recensioni... se dovete farle scrivere ai vostri colleghi/amici/parenti fate almeno cambiare il nome perchè raccontate sempre tanto e le persone lo sanno... così siete un po ridicoli... If I could I would put 0 stars, bad staff. I entered recently and the orders were competing for who should not serve me. Asked for advice, I found myself with the saleswoman who didn't even speak: she put her palette with the jewels on the cabinet and just waited for me to choose. Interest 0, education 0, desire to work 0. I'd rather wait for the shipment but I will certainly not return to this shop. You are very bad, choose the staff better. Last Christmas it was much better. I was reading the reviews ... if you have to get your colleagues / friends / relatives to write them, at least change the name because you always tell a lot and people know it ... so you are a bit ridiculous ...

Venivo perché era un piacere alla vista . L’eleganza delle vetrine e la professionalità delle commesse erano imparagonabili . Conoscevo molto bene il team e la responsabile . Mi trattavano tutte benissimo a me , mio marito e mia figlia . Qualche settimana fa mi sono recata in negozio salendo dalle scale mobili ho visto due ragazze ed un ragazzo .. appoggiati nei mobili quasi sdraiati a ridere .. quasi urlare . una cosa a dir poco sconcertante per una gioielleria come questa . Sono entrata .. anche se sembrava di disturbare ed il ragazzo ed una ragazza sono andati dietro quasi scappati mentre l’altra è rimasta al pc .. Sono stata più di 10 minuti in negozio e non si è mai avvicinata .. non mi ha chiesto nulla ..anzi rideva al pc sola . Non credo che ci sia serietà , professionalità e soprattutto voglia di lavorare per nessuno di loro . Sinceramente ho un buono da spendere ma finché vedrò certi elementi io non metterò più piede in quel negozio . Sono delusa dal trattamento . non essere degnata nemmeno di un saluto è inaccettabile per un azienda del genere . The elegance of the windows and the professionalism of the orders were incomparable. I knew the team and the manager very well. They all treated me very well to me, my husband and my daughter. A few weeks ago I went to the shop going up the escalators and saw two girls and a boy .. leaning on the furniture almost lying down laughing .. almost screaming. a thing to say the least disconcerting for a jewelry like this. I went in .. even if it seemed to disturb and the boy and a girl went behind almost ran away while the other remained at the PC .. I was more than 10 minutes in the shop and she never came near .. she didn't ask me anything .. indeed she laughed at the pc alone. I don't think there is seriousness, professionalism and above all a desire to work for any of them. Honestly, I have a voucher to spend but as long as I see certain items, I won't set foot in that shop again. I am disappointed with the treatment. not being worthy of even a greeting is unacceptable for such a company. I sincerely hope to be able to return and find the very good girls Jennifer, Perla, Rosanna and the manager Marika Otherwise I will wait to go to Verona.
