Cordialità e disponibilità da parte di tutte.... Ma la mia intesa è nata con Federica...riesce sempre ad accontentarmi e a risolvere i miei capricci.... Sono una cliente ma anke un ex commerciante so cosa ha bisogno un cliente anke le più capricciose come me e posso dire tutte brave davvero.... Ma lei con me è davvero il top... Cmq consiglio a tutte Pandora di panorama... ❤️
I put 5 stars xke as a shop and very assorted ... being an avid pandora jewelry buyer I can say that I have always been satisfied ... The teem is perfect .... Friendliness and helpfulness on the part of all .... But my understanding was born with Federica ... she always manages to satisfy me and solve my whims .... I am a customer but also a former merchant I know what a customer needs, even the most capricious ones like me and I can say all really good. ... But she is really the top with me ... Anyway I recommend to all Pandora of panorama ... ❤️

Sono stata in questo store per ben tre volte per cambiare un oggetto in garanzia e mi è stato detto per tre volte una cosa diversa, alla fine mi sono recata in un altro store e nessuno ha fatto questioni. Ciò dimostra una cattiva gestione dello store. Inoltre, come confermato da un rivenditore pandora, trattano con sufficienza chi acquista oggetti da rivenditori e non negli store monomarca e poi si rivolge a loro per la garanzia.
The orders are unprofessional and very rude. I have been in this store three times to change an item under warranty and I was told a different thing three times, in the end I went to another store and no one questioned. This demonstrates poor store management. In addition, as confirmed by a pandora retailer, they treat with sufficiency those who buy items from retailers and not in single-brand stores and then turn to them for the guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, assistenza più che scadente, ridicola: ho acquistato un prodotto specificando che si trattava di un regalo e chiedendo se potesse essere cambiato dall'interessata; l'assistente alla vendita - non so se per malafede o dimenticanza - non ha specificato che quel prodotto non poteva essere cambiato per una capziosa questione di confezione.
Mi reco in negozio oggi e due commessi palesemente indifferenti, al limite del maleducato, mi dicono che non c'è modo di risolvere il problema. Stop.
Boicotterò in qualsiasi modo questo marchio e in particolare il punto vendita, gestito da dilettanti che non hanno la più pallida idea di come ci si rapporta con un cliente.
Terrible, more than poor assistance, ridiculous: I bought a product specifying that it was a gift and asking if it could be changed by the person concerned; the sales assistant - I don't know if due to bad faith or forgetfulness - did not specify that the product could not be changed due to a specious question of packaging.
I go to the shop today and two blatantly indifferent shop assistants, bordering on rude, tell me that there is no way to solve the problem. Stop.
I will boycott this brand in any way and in particular the point of sale, run by amateurs who do not have the faintest idea of how to relate to a customer.
