M	Max Liga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto l'assistenza presso il sito di LG per una tv di ultima generazione ancora in garanzia che dopo neanche 9 mesi circa dall'acquisto presentava dei pixel bruciati sotto forma di righe orizzontali che col tempo diventavano sempre di più e ovviamente non rendevano merito a questa splendida tv. Sono stato contattato da questo centro che tra l'altro è lontano da casa mia in quanto vivo a Civitavecchia e posso dire con certezza di aver da subito avuto una ottima impressione. Una ragazza del team mi ha chiamato dopo aver ordinato il pannello e mi ha dato appuntamento in tempi brevissimi e che avrebbero eseguito la riparazione sul posto. In pochi giorni due incaricati, molto gentili e professionali hanno riparato e risolto il mio problema e con grande professionalità mi hanno anche spiegato quali interventi sono stati effettuati. In pochi giorni il televisore è di nuovo perfettamente funzionante. Sottolineo la cortesia degli operatori, da quelli telefonici ai tecnici intervenuti sul posto e ad un servizio veramente all'altezza della situazione. Complimenti a tutti voi. Mi dicono laconici"Possiamo solo attaccarla al computer e vedere se c'è un guasto", nessun intervento umano dunque. Mi chiamano per dirmi che non ha alcun difetto, cosa impossibile. Mi richiamano 5 gg dopo per sollecitare il ritiro, ho detto che non potevo perche' appena uscita da ospedale e anche delusa per la mancata riparazione.Mi hanno sbattuto il telefono In faccia. Neanche LG Italia mi è stata di aiuto, al prossimo acquisto ci penserò bene, I needed to replace the remote control of an LG TV for damage that was obviously not accidental or caused by me, when instead I was denied the replacement by citing these reasons and offered the possibility to buy the remote control itself, I was speechless and I preferred give up. Chiamo per un intervento sulla lavatrice ancora in garanzia, acquistata da 3 mesi, e mi viene detto che se il tecnico non trova un guasto devo pagare 60 euro di chiamata, poi mi viene detto che devo lasciare libera la lavatrice e quindi dovrei tirarmi giù da solo l'asciugatrice che è messa sopra.... ho dovuto rinunciare all'intervento e mi tengo la lavatrice che balla e che durante la centrifuga fa tantissimo rumore! Bad experience.
