In transit from Milan I went through here for a check for a brake fluid leak on my GS. Congratulations to all the staff ... from acceptance, to the workshop and up to the sale. All available to and super friendly. Having solved the problem, we start again ... but with the conviction that wherever you are BMW will always make you feel at home thanks to the hospitality and professionalism of the people who work there. Massima gentilezza e cortesia e massima professionalità nell'eseguire il lavoro. Un grazie caloroso a tutto lo staff. As I passed by with the need to replace the pads of the front calipers, despite not having requested any appointment, I was replaced in a few minutes. Maximum kindness and courtesy and maximum professionalism in carrying out the work. A warm thanks to all the staff.
d	domenico soriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza con scooter usato che a detta loro era in perfette condizioni!!!!! comprato 2 mesi fa stiamo ancora spendendo soldi di varie riparazioni, frizione, variatore, gomme, cuscinetti canna sterzo perchè lo scooter sbanda e non si e ancora capito il perchè , adesso dobbiamo portarlo alla casa madre per verifiche accurate. e si sono pure presi un tagliando di 100 euro dicendo che cosi saremo stati più tranquilli!!! bad experience with used scooter which according to them was in perfect condition !!!!! bought 2 months ago we are still spending money on various repairs, clutch, variator, tires, steering rod bearings because the scooter swerves and we still don't understand why, now we have to take it to the parent company for accurate checks. and they also took a coupon of 100 euros saying that we would have been more relaxed !!!
E	Enrico Cieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza disatrosa. Porto bmw r1250gs per tagliando dei 10000 km e mi viene effettuato cambio olio impianto frenante. Ripresa la moto mi accorgo che la moto non frena. nel frattempo il concessionario ha chiuso in maniera definitiva (per fortuna!!!!). Morale... pastiglie freni imbrattate da olio dei freni... ho dovuto sostituire a mie spese le pastiglie e pulizia a fondo delle pinze e dischi anteriori per la modica cifra di 150 € disastrous experience. I take bmw r1250gs for a 10,000 km service and I have a brake system oil change. Taking the bike again, I realize that the bike does not brake. in the meantime the dealer has closed definitively (luckily !!!!). Moral ... brake pads soiled with brake oil ... I had to replace the pads at my own expense and thoroughly clean the calipers and front discs for the modest sum of € 150

La moto è molto bella, nonostante la mole possa incutere timore una volta in sella si trasforma è diventa maneggevole come non si immagina neppure. Arrivando dal mondo Ducati posso dire che questa gs è proprio una regina, elogio particolare per motore molto elastico e sospensioni veramente al top che quasi quasi faceva piacere prendere buche e dossi per metterle alla prova, risultato.... Hanno vinto loro. I hired a BMW gs 1250 for two days, the dealership staff were very polite and competent. The bike is very nice, although the size can be intimidating once in the saddle it transforms and becomes manageable as you never imagine. Coming from the world of Ducati I can say that this gs is really a queen, particular praise for the very elastic engine and truly top suspensions that almost made me happy to take holes and bumps to test them, result .... They won.

And you know what kind of pain this Bluetooth pairing with helmet, iPhone and Navi could be when it goes wrong. You get the picture. The head man in the dealer, wearing a fantastic motorcycle jacket , came to me and helped me. He explained to his head mechanic about my problem. His engineer spent around an hour working on the helmet and stupid electronics of Bluetooth. Finally it all worked. The cost ....... zero euro. Did I mention I did not buy the bike from them. Did I mention I did not buy the helmet , helmet Bluetooth from them. Nothing. I purchased nothing from them. But they sold me the most expensive item,,,,,, kindness. Originality. True DGR. True true DGR. I WILL NEVER FOEGET THESE PEOPLE FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. I'm planning to have a home in Italy. I will only buy, rent, maintain my bike or bikes with them. God bless them all. DGR. True DGR.
