R	Renato Santoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un odissea per ritirare il libretto di circolazione di un Ducati Monster S4R 996, fatti tre viaggi Firenze, Perugia a vuoto, alla fine dopo denuncia di smarrimento fatta dal titolare (c'è voluto 3 mesi infarcite da continue menzogne) Lo ritirato personalmente in agenzia. Per non parlare del mezzo, mi stupisco ancora oggi come abbia fatto ad arrivare a Firenze con serbatoio che trasudava benzina, dischi freni ovalizzati, regolatore di tensione danneggiato, caricava troppo la batteria mandando acido in ebolizzione, non teneva il minimo. Dopo qualche giorno non essendo esperto di Ducati mi accorgo che lo scarico e privo di catalizzatore, loro non lo avevano, speso altro denaro per rimetterla in regola con la circolazione stradale. La sua fortuna è la distanza che ci separa. B	Bob996 996duca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella mia moto vacanza con itinerario Toscana/Umbria ero di passaggio nella zona di Perugia, direzione Norcia, quando improvvisamente durante il tragitto si è accesa la spia motore della mia Ducati supersport. Ho cercato su internet il concessionario/officina moto più vicino ed ho trovato il numero di Mancinelli Motors. Ho telefonato e, malgrado l'ora prossima alla chiusura serale, mi hanno gentilmente risposto di passare da loro subito che mi avrebbero aspettato. Una volta giunto all'officina mi hanno messo subito sotto tester la moto e nel frattempo ho chiesto loro se era possibile anche regolare la molla del mono posteriore, dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa mi hanno riconsegnato la moto con spia motore spenta (problema di surriscaldamento della valvola di scarico) e mono regolato, infine ho dovuto lasciare forzatamente una mancia perché non volevano chiedermi nessuna cifra per l'intervento,cose d'altri tempi! Ringrazio infinitamente tutto lo staff di meccanici e collaboratori anzitutto per la loro disponibilità, gentilezza ed onestà e poi per aver risolto i problemi alla moto permettendomi di proseguire il mio itinerario con serenità e senza ulteriori intoppi. Un grazie di cuore particolare a Giuseppe, alla sua professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza. ? I infinitely thank all the staff of mechanics and collaborators first of all for their availability, kindness and honesty and then for having solved the problems with the bike allowing me to continue my itinerary with serenity and without further hitches. Problema con la trasmissione finale (catena) della mia moto, contatto telefonico per richiesta disponibilità di ricambi. Arrivo in officina ore 17,30 Immediata presa visione intervento da eseguire. Attesa, sostituzione catena e settaggi vari, il tutto eseguito entro le 19,30 del medesimo giorno. Strabiliante disponibilità e professionalità del Signor Giovanni e di suo figlio.
