Ma posso assicurare che sono dei grandissimi maleducati, che si fanno negare al telefono e ti riagganciano in faccia.
Peraltro per un'assistenza che ci spetta di diritto.si sono presi 80 euro e se ne sono sbattuti.

In altri centri simili non ho trovato la pazienza, la disponibilità e la competenza di questo rivenditore. L'elettrodomestico era irreperibile o indisponibile in altri negozi. Sono rimasto colpito dall'impegno prestato per soddisfare il cliente. Non voto 5 stelle esclusivamente per il prezzo di vendita, che on line, quel prodotto, è mediamente venduto al 20% in meno, ma avrei dovuto attendere un mese per la consegna e non avrei potuto verificare dettagli essenziali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Stella xche' se non si mette almeno una Stella non ti fa pubblicare il post, altrimenti avrei cancellato anche quelle da accendere !Zero zero zero zero zero ! 100 euro pagati per l'estensione della garanzia, dal 17 agosto sono ancora senza frigo !!!!! 3interventi a distanza di un mese e il frigo ancora non funziona, il tecnico PALLANTE ROBERTO secondo me vendeva i lupini al mercato prima di fare il frigorista, uno che con tre interventi non è in grado di capire il problema di un frigorifero secondo me neanche i lupini al mercato può vendere !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è rotta in prolungamento di garanzia la lavatrice e per riaverla ho dovuto attendere 8 giorni perché il carrello elettrico si era rotto e comunque consegnano solo 2 gigoni a settimana se non abiti al primo piano. La soluzione eraavere dei facchini a dispisizione. Io credo che se uno abita al secondo piano non deve avere colpa. Al limite fammi pagare il trasporto ma dammi la possibilità di riavere l elettrodomestico perché una famiglia dopo 8 gg senza lavatrice magari ne ha bisogno. Purtroppo questi è il problema dell assistenza obbligata dei marchi non c è concorrenza e la fanno da padrone
