★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento a 24 ore dalla sostituzione ho notato che il telefono (usando caricatore originale Huawei) si surriscalda tantissimo, la batteria non raggiunge il 100% e si scarica con la stessa rapidità di prima della sostituzione.
Praticamente ho speso soldi per farmi solo peggiorare il telefono dal punto di vista estetico( lo hanno graffiato) e funzionale.

Il mio disappunto) non è interventa salvo a seguito di recensione negativa. Ha pensato di offrire un vetrino protettivo regalato. Come se questo ovviasse al danno apportato ad un telefono che nuovo vale ancora 500€ .
 Update 24 hours after replacement I noticed that the phone (using original Huawei charger) overheats a lot, the battery does not reach 100% and it discharges as quickly as before the replacement.
Basically I spent money just to make the phone worse from an aesthetic (they scratched it) and functional point of view.
The operator (present in the salon while I was demonstrating
My disappointment) is not intervened except following a negative review. He thought about offering a protective slide as a gift. As if this obviates the damage done to a new phone is still worth € 500.

Personale gentile, disponibile e competente. Sicuramente consigliato!
Great experience! I brought a Samsung Galaxy A52S with a broken display and in 3 working days they returned it to me with a new one (they didn't have the replacement in stock, otherwise I think they would have done it sooner).
Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Definitely recommended!

Precise, meticulous and very honest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta preventivo 50€. Al momento del lavoro 65. Ma va bene. Telefono immacolato che in 2 anni e mezzo non ha mai subito lavorazioni o sostituzioni. Decido di affidarmi a loro perché reputavo competenti.
Lavoro approssimativo, telefono graffiato , scocca posteriore rialzata con colla che fuorisciva. Mai visto un lavoro del genere.
A dir poco imbarazzanti.
Request a quote 50 €. At work 65. But that's okay. Immaculate phone that in 2 and a half years has never undergone any repairs or replacements. I decide to rely on them because I thought they were competent.
Rough work, scratched phone, raised back shell with glue sticking out. Never seen such a job.
Embarrassing to say the least.
