R	Raffaello Andalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve ho avuto il voucher dei giorni post Covid non usufruiti, ma la palestra é rimasta tale uguale a parte le panche negli spogliatoi continui disservizi sia in sauna che in piscina fredda .Palestra in disordine totale pesi, manubri per terra ,bisogna stare attenti a non inciampare con panche sporche e non usano si vede un telo e quindi igiene zero .Il personale altamente impreparato nessuno in sala se succede qualcosa e assai poco socievole andando solo la sera sul tardi per 61 eur al mese con rid bancario .Forse mi meritavo qualcosa di meglio mi lascia molto amareggiato e deluso , ma questa é la realtà dei fatti Se volete servizi bisogna andare altrove e non é una questione di prezzo la mia anzi non bisogna essere presi per i fondelli da chi paga e non danno i servizi ma risatine in faccia. Si sono messi a regalare i teli con abbonamento dato che nessuno li porta e che sporcizia altro che Covid !!!Dopo tanta pubblicità che si fanno avere impianti di acqua sempre freddi e piscina io mi domanderei il perché ? E	Elisa Puccini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona e comoda, peccato per i corsi sempre pieni e nessun controllo di chi si iscrive e poi non partecipa. 2 stelle in più se iniziano a gestire le iscrizioni e le assenze E le stelle scendono... ne ho tolta una perché dopo avermi invitata a iscrivermi ad una lezione in cui c'erano posti liberi mi presento e mi dicono che l'hanno cancellata da giorni senza togliere la possibilità alla gente di iscriversi.... morale tutti gli iscritti dopo rimangono fregati. Incredibile. Ancora bonus di due e poi ci si disiscrive Good and comfortable, shame about the always full courses and no control of who signs up and then does not participate. 2 more stars if they start managing enrollments and absences And the stars go down ... I removed one because after inviting me to sign up for a lesson where there were free places, I introduce myself and they tell me that they have canceled it for days without taking away the possibility for people to sign up ... moral all the subscribers afterwards remain screwed. Dopo il lockdown mi informo circa il mio abbonamento, mi viene detto che ho un mese da recuperare e poi essendo scaduto l'anno del mio primo abbonamento annuale con addebito mensile o faccio un nuovo abbonamento o sono libero di non iscrivermi se non lo desidero. Decido di non iscrivermi perchè gli orari dei corsi non sono consoni ai miei impegni quindi non rinnovo nulla . Mi vedo arrivare a distanza di tempo messaggi e mail da un ente di recupero credito che millanta un fantomatico debito di mesi non pagati . Veramente scandaloso come tentino di recuperare i soldi non incassati durate il Covid in una maniera del tutto scorretta. pity not to be able to put zero stars. Durante la pandemia sono stati addebitate le mensilità dell'abbonamento nonostante la palestra fosse chiusa e nonostante avessero detto che i pagamenti sarebbero stati sospesi. Non solo hanno addirittura aperto una pratica di recupero credito per 2 mensilità non pagate nonostante telefonando alla segreteria per informarmi della situazione alla riapertura della palestra post covid mi fu detto che la mia posizione vantava 2 mesi di recupero e che poi ero libera di rinnovare o meno mediante bancomat direttamente in struttura che quindi nulla avevo da corrispondere. Hanno addirittura insinuato che NESSUNO del loro staff avesse detto quanto sopra pur avendo dato dimostranza del registro chiamate di una telefonata durata anche diversi minuti. SFRUTTARE LA PANDEMIA COVID per recuperare soldi non incassati a causa della stessa è stato davvero di pessimo gusto. A mai più...... Unfortunately I am obliged to put a star which is too much compared to the service. During the pandemic, the monthly subscription fees were charged despite the gym being closed and despite being told that payments would be suspended. Not only did they even open a credit recovery procedure for 2 unpaid months, despite calling the secretariat to inform me of the situation when the post covid gym was reopened, I was told that my position boasted 2 months of recovery and that I was then free to renew or not by ATM directly in the structure that therefore I had nothing to pay. They even implied that NONE of their staff had said the above despite having demonstrated the call log of a phone call lasting up to several minutes. EXPLOITING THE COVID PANDEMIC to recover money not collected because of it was really in bad taste. To never again......
F	Francesca Ampeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura sarebbe anche bella ma la gestione lascia molto a desiderare.. è da quasi un mese che ci sono problemi con l'acqua calda...quindi niente doccia e niente piscina.. ma a quanto pare è un "problema" che si ripresenta sempre....mi sa tanto di scusa .. Gli attrezzi son sempre in giro, anche la mattina presto...quindi nessuno li mette mai a posto? Non ne vale i soldi spesi... The structure would also be nice but the management leaves a lot to be desired .. there have been problems with hot water for almost a month ... so no shower and no swimming pool .. but apparently it is a "problem" that you always comes back .... I know so sorry .. Tools are always around, even early in the morning ... so nobody ever fixes them? Not worth the money spent ...
