Zero interazione tra questo store (ufficiale Benetton) e gli altri franchising in giro per Bologna il che si traduce in disagio per i clienti per spendere le gift card, fare resi o cambio merce. Politica assurda. Mi viene da dire che da OVS c'è tanto da imparare. 5 stars for the availability of orders. As for the shop itself, the brand, the overall review I feel I can only give 3 stars. Zero interaction between this store (official Benetton) and the other franchises around Bologna which translates into inconvenience for customers to spend gift cards, make returns or exchange goods. Absurd politics. I feel like there is a lot to learn from OVS.
