Ho sempre trovato personale gentile e preparato.
Alla telefonia si deve attendere un po'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza fin da quando era Euronics. Se li chiami ti dicono sempre che hanno quel che cerchi, poi vai lì e non ce l'hanno. Ti vendono prodotti difettosi e quando torni a cambiarli li rimettono esattamente dov'erano prima in attesa del prossimo malcapitato, il tutto davanti ai tuoi occhi!

Bad experience ever since it was Euronics. If you call them they always tell you they have what you are looking for, then go there and they don't. They sell you defective products and when you come back to change them they put them back exactly where they were before waiting for the next victim, all in front of your eyes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi hanno permesso di "spezzare" un pagamento da oltre 1.000 € metà in contanti e metà con carta, cosa che mi è capitato di fare senza problemi in altri negozi, nonché circa 20 minuti più tardi all'unieuro del centro nova. Le due persone con cui ho parlato veramente sgradevole oltreché incompetenti. Sconsigliatissimo
They did not allow me to "break" a payment of over € 1,000 half in cash and half with card, which I have happened to do without problems in other shops, as well as about 20 minutes later at the unieuro of the center nova. The two people I spoke to were truly unpleasant as well as incompetent. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiate strada…Da evitare!!! Pessima esperienza e tempo perso con direzione punto vendita decisamente inaffidabile.e non risponde mai nessuno al telefono…. Una stella è già un regalo….
Ho acquistato una lavastoviglie ad ottobre 2021 e mi hanno consegnato un modello diverso che non hanno voluto sostituirmi… gli installatori , (diciamo così per non trascendere nello sproloquio, ) mi hanno fatto un danno ai pannelli della mia cucina Veneta di oltre 600€ che ho documentato al direttore del punto vendita Riccardo Cipriani con materiale fotografico e preventivo di rispristino di veneta Cucine … aggiungo che la lavastoviglie non ha funzionato per oltre un mese dall’acquisto, assistendo inerme in casa , ad una infinita processione di tecnici incapaci di risolvere il problema.. dopo quasi 5 mesi nulla è cambiato, fiumi di email e la mia richiesta di rimborso danni giace ancora sulla scrivania del direttore del punto vendita unieuro castel maggiore ( le piazze) bo. Abbasate la serranda!!

I bought a dishwasher in October 2021 and they gave me a different model that they didn't want to replace me ... the installers, (let's say so as not to transcend the rant,) did me damage to the panels of my Venetian kitchen for over € 600 that I have documented to the director of the store Riccardo Cipriani with photographic material and restoration estimate by veneta Cucine ... I add that the dishwasher did not work for over a month from the purchase, assisting helpless at home, to an endless procession of technicians unable to solve the problem .. after almost 5 months nothing has changed, floods of emails and my damage refund request still lies on the desk of the director of the unieuro castel maggiore (le piazzas) bo store. Lower the shutter !!
