Troverete persone professionali, che vi seguiranno per davvero passo passo, nei vostri obiettivi. Sarete ascoltati, compresi e sarete accolti da un ambiente molto familiare! La palestra è funzionale, molto pulita, compresi gli spogliatoi, anch’essi ben organizzati negli spazi e puliti. La consiglierei vivamente a chiunque volesse iscriversi, perché è la prima volta, nonostante abbia girato diverse palestre, dove vengo seguita in tutti i senti e mi sento a mio agio. I couldn't have made a better choice than choosing this gym for my workouts. You will find professional people, who will really follow you step by step, in your goals. You will be listened to, understood and you will be welcomed by a very familiar environment! The gym is functional, very clean, including the changing rooms, which are also well organized and clean. Ambiente molto curato e pulito. Rispetto dei protocolli covid, insomma un posto dove ci si allena e ci si rilassa in tutta tranquillità, mi sono sentita subito a mio agio. Personale preparato gentile e sempre disponibile. Spogliatoio molto spazioso e pulitissimo Un altra cosa per me importante frequentando la palestra in pausa pranzo è avere sempre il parcheggio a disposizione. Da provare ve lo consiglio ?? Colloquio iniziale per comprendere le esigenze e gli obiettivi personali. Le schede, personalizzate, vengono riviste e modificate con cadenza prestabilita. In sala si è sempre seguiti dallo staff, i macchinari sono nuovi e ben funzionanti e l'ambiente è sempre pulitissimo. Anche gli spogliatoi sono sempre impeccabili. Consigliatissima! Palestra pulitissima e personale disponibilissimo!! Non sono un esperta per quanto riguarda gli esercizi ma grazie allo staff che è sempre presente in palestra ed è pronto a dare le giuste indicazioni mi sento guidata nel mio percorso fitness? I must say that I chose the gym because of the excellent reviews it had and now that I have been going there for a few months I can say that they have all turned out to be true !! Spotless gym and extremely helpful staff !! I am not an expert when it comes to exercises but thanks to the staff who are always present in the gym and are ready to give the right indications I feel guided in my fitness journey?

Bravi, simpatici e disponibili tutti i componenti dello staff, con cui mi sono trovata molto bene! L'ambiente è pulito e curato con attrezzature all'avanguardia. Che dire di Andrea, un super personal coach, è solo un mese che ho iniziato ma sono sicura che di questo passo con costanza e tenacia potrò raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati. Sempre fatto corsi fitness e quindi non sapevo bene che cosa mi aspettasse, ma avevo voglia di cambiare allenamento ed avere nuovi stimoli. Da subito, dopo la chiacchierata con Andrea, mi dissi che forse era proprio la scelta giusta. Ad oggi lo confermo, lo staff è molto professionale, attento al lavoro che viene effettuato in sala e sempre pronto a capire se ciò che stiamo facendo ci piace e ci dà risultati. Vicinissima al luogo in cui lavoro, allenamento in pausa pranzo che mi fa ricaricare le pile ed affrontare meglio il pomeriggio in ufficio, ambiente super pulito (cosa non da poco). Appena entri ti preparano la tua scheda appuntandovi anche l'allenamento rendendo così più facile individuare quando cambiare programma. Il locale è pulito, non è molto grande ma gli spazi non mancano; le attrezzature sono in ottimo stato, la maggior parte delle quali sembrano nuove. Gli spogliatoi e le docce sono proporzionati alla capienza della struttura, in ottimo stato e puliti. Ho ricominciato ad andare in palestra soprattutto per necessità fisica avendo qualche problema alla schiena e posso dire che qui ho trovato anche personale che sa affrontare problemi specifici., Bravi!
