Avranno anche tanti tipi di prodotti, non lo metto in dubbio, ma il personale sfotte la clientela, e in caso di malfunzionamento di un oggetto acquistato essa si dimostra ostile nei confronti del cliente, poco flessibile mentalmente e inoltre non a favore di un eventuale rimborso, ma solo di alcuni buoni che ovviamente devi spendere nel loro locale, quindi il cliente insoddisfatto resta insoddisfatto.
la mia esperienza?
compro i palloncini ‘18’ dorati, pagando anche filo, peso, e gonfiaggio.
una volta caricati gonfi in macchina (da loro) si scopre che uno dei due numeri era forato, torniamo in negozio, dove provano a riparare il buco con dello scotch (manco dal carpentiere).
Successivamente, dopo pochi secondi, il palloncino esplode completamente, e il personale ci pone di fronte due scelte:
1. cambiare i palloncini ma con un altro colore perché dorati sono finiti.
2. cambiare i soldi in buoni da utilizzare prossimamente nel locale, perché il rimborso non è fattibile.
Ora le conclusioni:
Cosa ci faccio io con dei buoni dal momento che non mi serve altro, e dal momento che mai più comprerò ancora in questo negozio dato il personale?
 HORRIBLE.

I buy golden '18' balloons, also paying for thread, weight, and inflation.
once loaded swollen in the car (from them) it turns out that one of the two numbers was punctured, we go back to the shop, where they try to repair the hole with scotch tape (not even from the carpenter).
Subsequently, after a few seconds, the balloon explodes completely, and the staff confronts us with two choices:
1. change the balloons but with another color because they are golden.
2. change the money into vouchers to be used soon in the restaurant, because the refund is not feasible.
Now the conclusions:
What am I doing with vouchers since I don't need anything else, and since I will never buy again in this shop given the staff?
