Beh questo è l'unico posto dove potrete farlo. Non ci sono corsi, zumba/macumba e altre sciocchezze. Solo ghisa. Tanta ghisa. Ma non pensate che sia facile, d'estate fa caldo, mentre d'inverno è freddo. In poche parole, se volete essere forti fuori, dovrete esserlo anche dentro. Lo Stadio è unico. Una delle poche palestre davvero attrezzate per allenarsi seriamene per gare di pesistica, per bodybuilding e semplicemente per star bene! Un vero club esclusivo fatto di persone serie e leali! Dove dare una mano, un consiglio una pacca sulla spalla è la normalità! The temple of REAL bodybuilding in Siena !! Ho girato un po tutte le palestre di siena(president a porta ovile, gold gym a porta romana, happy gym a porta pispini e la dentro le mura a san domenico) e questa in quanto a costi(100 euro ogni 4 mesi, roba impensabile di questi tempi), attrezzature per la pesistica e compagnia non ha confronti. L'unica problema è il non averla scoperta prima. The only gym suitable for those who want to train for real. I went around all the gyms of Siena (president in porta ovile, gold gym in porta romana, happy gym in porta pispini and the inside the walls in san domenico) and this in terms of costs (100 euros every 4 months, unthinkable stuff these days), weightlifting equipment and company has no comparison.
