In ogni caso l'ho visitata e ho potuto constatare che è molto spaziosa, ha svariate zone fitness adatte per il calisthenics e corpo libero, una sala con un ring da boxe, varie zone fitness per corsi e una sala attrezzi niente male. Forse l'unico neo è che d'inverno con l'umidità si percepisce un po' di freddo. Per il resto ho avuto un'ottima impressione. È una palestra nella quale mi allenerei. Prezzi abbastanza competitivi. A parte la soddisfazione di trovare una struttura che offre un corso del genere a Caserta, c'è anche una palestra grande, ariosa, ben distribuita e con un personale professionale.
