Il dott.Passarelli, oltre ad essere biologo, nutrizionista, e' anche un appassionato di arte marziali.Infatti, nel tempo libero, si e' sempre dedicato allo studio e all'approfondimento del wing chun tradizionale.Il suo amore per il wing chun lo ha portato piu' volte ad Hong Kong, dove si e' confrontato con maestri di fama internazionale, per perfezionarsi sempre piu'.
Detto cio', Sifu, voglio ringraziarti per il tempo che ci dedichi nell'insegnamento del wing chun, essendo Tu persona sempre disponibile, capace e con un'immensa umilta'.
For some years, I have been practicing wing chun, at the "Centro Mi Best Center" of Dr. Riccardo PASSARELLI.
In addition to being a biologist, nutritionist, Dr. Passarelli is also a martial art enthusiast. In his spare time, he has always dedicated himself to the study and study of traditional wing chun.
