F	Fabrizio Pedani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è essenziale ma funzionale. Gli istruttori con cui ho avuto a che fare erano amichevoli e ben disposti. I corsi non sono troppo affollati. Mi piacerebbe tornare a frequentarla ma purtroppo i miei orari non me lo consentono più. The structure is essential but functional. The instructors I dealt with were friendly and well disposed. The courses are not too crowded. I would like to go back to visit it but unfortunately my hours do not allow me anymore.

The instructors are all very good and prepared. Very clean environment, bar stocked with friendly managers.

M	Michele Farsetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo è peggiorata parecchio capisco il covid ecc...ma sono andato svariate volte sul sito c'era scritto aperto poi mi ritrovo la piscina chiusa con un cartello con su scritto i cambi di orario...capisco anche i costi e la domenica ora come ora un ci va nessuno ma le docce fredde insomma direi no good... Unfortunately it has worsened a lot I understand the covid etc ... but I went several times on the site it said open then I find the pool closed with a sign with the time changes written on it ... I also understand the costs and Sunday now as now nobody goes there but cold showers in short, I would say no good ...

Avendo due bambini PRIMA dì iscriverli abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di recuperare in caso di quarantena/Covid. La risposta è stata “Si certo!”. Ci siamo iscritti e nonostante il certificato dell’asl non ci hanno fatto recuperare le lezioni perdute. Ci hanno detto “Riscrivetevi altri due mesi e ve le faremo recuperare nel prossimo bimestre” anche in questo caso non ci hanno dato la possibilità dì recuperare le lezioni perdute perdendo così 100€ a bambino. Giustificazione? “Abbiamo cambiato molte segretarie e hanno dato versioni diverse..abbiamo cambiato le modalità dì recupero in corso d’opera..inoltre abbiamo le bollette da pagare..” Atteggiamento vergognoso e scorretto! Nonostante i molti anni passati in quella piscina inutile dire che non ci metteremo più piede! SCONSIGLIATISSIMA! Cold water and degraded changing rooms and this would be enough ..
