Unica pecca nn c'è lo squat rack ma si può oviare. Ambiente con pochi fronzoli ma Davvero per chi crede nel bodybuilding! Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e faceva gare! An 80s-style gym where you can breathe the air of real bodybuilding! They have machines that are hard to find like the hack squat ... wonderful! Ho eseguito una giornata di prova da 2 ore per vedere se gli istruttori fossero validi: mi veniva mostrato un esercizio per qualche secondo, mi veniva detto quante ripetizioni fare, e poi venivo abbandonata a me stessa fino all'esercizio successivo senza che mi venissero corretti i tempi o le posture (per alcuni esercizi che già conoscevo li ho eseguiti male appositamente per vedere se mi correggevano, e non è stato fatto, per alcuni che non conoscevo il giorno dopo ne ho sentite le conseguenze per le posizioni errate assunte durante gli esercizi). Personale simpatico ma non mi sento di dire competente.. di solito gli istruttori dovrebbero eseguire il loro lavoro al meglio nelle ore di prova per far vedere che sanno cosa fanno in modo da invitarti a tornare ad iscriverti, il prezzo dovrebbe essere invitante, non ho mai trovato una palestra così fin'ora da nessuna parte? Small, too many tools for such a small gym. Excessive cost. I ran a 2-hour trial day to see if the instructors were good: I was shown an exercise for a few seconds, told how many reps to do, and then I was left on my own until the next exercise without being corrected the timing or postures (for some exercises that I already knew I performed them badly on purpose to see if they corrected me, and it was not done, for some that I did not know the next day I felt the consequences for the incorrect positions taken during the exercises ). Nice staff but I don't feel like saying competent .. usually the instructors should do their job at their best in the test hours to show they know what they do in order to invite you to come back and sign up, the price should be attractive, I have not never found a gym like this nowhere?
