★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono avvicinato in punta di piedi a questo sport perchè ero fermo dalla attività fisica da un bel po di tempo( anni) e sapevo che il ritmo poteva essere impegnativo, ma dopo iscrizioni in palestra bruciate con i mie soldi ho deciso di provare ed è stata un vera scoperta. Credo che il merito sia stato proprio del bel ambiente che ho trovato , coach davvero preparato ed attento , si migliora allenamento dopo allenamento si comincia a fare un pò di fiato... consiglio vivamente crossfit 1981 ...davvero al top
I approached this sport on tiptoe because I had been stopped from physical activity for quite some time (years) and I knew that the pace could be challenging, but after gym registrations burned with my money I decided to try and it is it was a real find. I think the credit was due to the beautiful environment I found, really prepared and attentive coach, you improve training after training you start to take a little breath ... I highly recommend crossfit 1981 ... really at the top
