★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco più di quattro mesi fa ero un rottame, fisicamente rovinato da circa 10 anni di sedentarietà. Rapidamente, con allenamento bisettimanale, sono arrivato ad un forma fisica che mi riporta ad almeno 20 anni fa. Devo ringraziare Francesco, un vero professionista, che mi ha saputo allenare con attenzione e gradualità. Un box fantastico!
C'è un solo problema: questo sport é una droga! Non riesco più a star senza.
A little more than four months ago I was a wreck, physically ruined by about 10 years of sedentary lifestyle. Quickly, with biweekly training, I reached a physical shape that takes me back to at least 20 years ago. I have to thank Francesco, a true professional, who was able to train me carefully and gradually. A fantastic box!
There is only one problem: this sport is a drug! I can no longer be without.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente di meglio per tenersi o tornare in forma. Bel box, dotato di tutti gli attrezzi, lo staff è preparatissimo, sempre disponibile ad aiutare e a coinvolgere tutti. Negli spogliatoi anche 2 docce, a quanto pare un particolare non così scontato e da non sottovalutare. Le lezioni nell'arco della giornata sono tante, tutte comodamente prenotabili tramite app
Nothing better to keep or get back in shape. Nice box, equipped with all the tools, the staff is very prepared, always available to help and involve everyone. In the changing rooms there are also 2 showers, apparently a detail not so obvious and not to be underestimated. There are many lessons throughout the day, all conveniently bookable through the app
