Orari di apertura limitati, la mattina apre alle 8.30 quando in tutto il mondo si comincia dalle 6.30. Quasi tutto il personale ti saluta quando gli conviene. Le pulizie lasciano molto a desiderare. Sei un buon cliente se fai l'abbonamento annuale, altrimenti non sei considerato. Un mese 90€. The place is beautiful and welcoming, the management leaves much to be desired. Limited opening hours, the morning opens at 8.30 am when the whole world starts from 6.30 am. Most of the staff greets you when it suits them. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. You are a good customer if you make the annual subscription, otherwise you are not considered. One month 90 €.
N	Natasha Burocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che sono rimasta abbastanza delusa : ho fatto un abbonamento di 6 mesi (300 euro solo sala pesi totali più iscrizione ) , gli attrezzi sono spesso in manutenzione o comunque non ben tenuti , i prezzi sono altissimi e per il servizio che offrono secondo me è davvero eccessivo. Gli istruttori sono un po’ così : non molto preparati ne tanto meno gentili ( mi alleno con una mia amica e come sfottò un’istruttore esclama : guarda le due amichette che si allenano assieme. Molte persone si lamentano di questo istruttore) la più preparata è Alessia che vi consiglio estremamente, mi sono inscritta per lei e basta perché mi segue ed è bravissima . Allo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio, delusissima . Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi tutto sommato buoni (e fanno spesso promozioni). Ci si trova davvero bene. E, naturalmente, fa bene. Non ho potuto passare il mio abbonamento (nemmeno in parte) alla mia ragazza alla quale scadrà l’abbonamento a breve nella stessa palestra. Ho ricevuto oggi una chiamata da parte della palestra per ricevere le opzioni possibili per recuperare in parte i soldi investiti e l’unico proposto è stato quello di passare il restante del mio abbonamento ad una persona che non va in palestra da un anno. In sostanza andrebbe fatta una nuova iscrizione con altre spese correlate. Per il servizio sperimentato in palestra e quello sperimentato in questa situazione di necessità mi sento di dire che non sono per niente soddisfatto del trattamento avuto e non mi sento quindi per niente di consigliare questa palestra. Oltre a perdere un cliente per motivi di lavoro ne perderanno un altro perché sicuramente la mia ragazza non rinnoverà dopo un trattamento del genere. Per riavere i soldi dell'abbonamento annuale fatto pre pandemia è stato fornito un voucher che è recuperabile solo se si rinnova annualmente l'abbonamento.
