★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stampa su tessuto di bassa qualità, molto scura e con pelucchi sotto le parti bianche. Per il prezzo pagato non mi é piaciuto affatto.
Printing on low quality fabric, very dark and with lint under the white parts. For the price I paid I didn't like it at all.

I happened to turn to Photo world almost by chance .. despite the short notice on my part, the guys managed to deliver the work on time even if overwhelmed with requests due to the Christmas holidays .. the printing is perfect .. the sublime quality .. for sure I will make a great impression .. thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tante idee per fare regalo ma non posso dire che la mia prima esperienza che ho fatto sia andata bene, sono passata chiedendo una copia di una foto e con la stessa foto di farla su alluminio per un regalo, al momento di pagare ho chiesto se ci fosse anche la copia, dentro alla vista che avevo portato contenente la foto originale e mi è stato detto di sì, essendo piena di cose in mano e anche di fretta non ho controllato, (errore mio), il giorno dopo oltre a non aver trovato la foto della copia, per caso ho deciso di riguardarmi il regalo con la foto su alluminio ed era strisciata, senza che io l’abbia mai aperta o toccata, anzi appena comprata ho riposto tutto in macchina così com’era senza mai toccare nulla e attenta agli urti.
Ci tornerò solo per la varietà di cose che si possono fare con una foto, sperando di aver avuto questa esperienza solo per colpa della persona che mi ha servito.
C’è anche da dire che per la copia della foto devo ancora controllare nello scontrino se l’ho pagata o meno o se è stato un errore di comunicazione che ci può stare, ma per l’altro regalo è veramente una cosa che fa arrabbiare.

I will go back just for the variety of things that can be done with a photo, hoping that I had this experience only because of the person who served me.
It must also be said that for the copy of the photo I still have to check in the receipt if I paid for it or not or if it was a communication error that there may be, but for the other gift it is really something that makes us angry .

Il risultato è stupendo e i ragazzi sono stati gentili e disponibili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 euro per 10 stampe di foto 20x30 su carta fotografica nemmeno troppo spessa...mi sembrano decisamente eccessivi e fuori mercato. Senza considerare che non ci sono prezzi esposti... Mai più!!!!! Anche se hanno diversi gadget che potrebbero invogliare...mi rivolgerò sicuramente altrove una prossima volta.
30 euros for 10 20x30 photo prints on photographic paper not too thick ... they seem to me definitely excessive and out of market. Without considering that there are no prices displayed ... Never again !!!!! Although they have several gadgets that may entice ... I will definitely look elsewhere next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahimè dopo tanti anni di belle soddisfazioni mi tocca dare una recensione completamente negativa.
In passato ho spesso stampato foto in diversi formati, sempre con molta soddisfazione, ma qs anno non so se è cambiato qualcosa ma la mia esperienza è stata negativa.
Innanzitutto ho trovato una pessima organizzazione nel gestire la clientela con code lunghissime che ostacolavano il passaggio delle persone.
Poi i colori delle stampe sono risultate troppo scure con un prodotto finale non ottimale.
Ancora tempi di consegna biblici, con date non rispettate (in un caso ho annullato l’ordine perché ben dopo 10 gg non era ancora disponibile).
Infine personale a mio avviso poco esperto che spesso dovevano chiedere informazioni a terzi.
Peccato perché era davvero un ottimo servizio con tanti gadget originali
Mi auguro che qs mia segnalazione possa essere da aiuto per migliorare e con l’occasione auguro buon anno.

In the past I have often printed photos in different formats, always with great satisfaction, but this year I don't know if anything has changed but my experience has been negative.
First of all, I found a very bad organization in managing customers with very long queues that hindered the passage of people.
Then the colors of the prints were too dark with a non-optimal final product.
Still biblical delivery times, with dates not respected (in one case I canceled the order because it was not yet available after 10 days).
Finally, in my opinion inexperienced staff who often had to ask third parties for information.
Too bad because it was really great service with so many original gadgets
