Barbara mi piace un sacco e al mattino la sveglia presto è un piacere per poi affrontare la mia giornata di lavoro più carica! Il mio fisico lo ha modellato come volevo io. E pensavo che solo i pesi potessero farlo... la 1022 ha fatto centro con lei ;)
Yoga mala flow and pilates with new equipment. It is the teacher who makes the difference. I like Barbara a lot and waking up early in the morning is a pleasure to face my most busy working day! My physique shaped it the way I wanted. And I thought that only weights could do it ... the 1022 hit the mark with her;)
