La palestra è pulita. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Ambiente amichevole e ci si inserisce subito. Instructors are very competent regarding fitness, bodybuildung, nutrition and integration. Si trova vicino al parco Belfiore, non é molto grande, ci sono due sale al primo piano ed una al piano terra utilizzata per i vari corsi, più la zona con gli spogliatoi e le docce, ma io, che ne ho conosciuto e frequentato diverse, questa è l' unica palestra in cui mi sono trovata davvero bene e a mio agio, (sebbene un po' distante da casa mia) perché vi si respira un clima caldo e amichevole... Sia lo staff che le persone sono gentilissimi, cordiali e con gran voglia di fare attività fisica. Riguardo la struttura, il luogo è spazioso, ben arieggiato, ventilato e privo di afa. La sala pesi ben fornita con tempi di attesa minimi. Disponibile un comodo parcheggio spazioso, a due passi dalla palestra. The best gym in Mantua.
