Ma la cosa più deplorevole è il personale (in particolare quello all ingresso addetto al controllo degli ingressi) scortese, incopetente e con un atteggiamento mafioso. Oggi sono entrato come utenza pubblica (con tanto di prenotazione) senza nessun controllo. Dopo 25min che nuotavo sono stato "invitato" a uscire dalla vasca perché non c'erano i bagnini e avevano sbagliato a farmi entrare, una volta uscito ho dichiarato chiaramente che l incopetenza regna sovrana in questa struttura dato che non ero stato né avvisato di persona entrando ne avvisato via email (come prevede in caso di registrazione), sono stato preso a parole e avvicinato dal personale con atteggiamento provocatorio e mafioso (non sgarrare a parrare, a testa a testa ect), inoltre mi hanno detto che avevo sbagliato pure io a non comunicare che stavo entrando come pubblico. Schifiato. Farò rapporto al capo impianto. After 25min swimming I was "invited" to get out of the pool because there were no lifeguards and they had made a mistake in letting me in, once I went out I clearly stated that incompetence reigns supreme in this structure since I had not been nor warned in person upon entering, I was notified by email (as required in the case of registration), I was taken into words and approached by the staff with a provocative and mafia attitude (do not fail to parrare, head to head ect), moreover they told me that I was also wrong not to communicate that I was entering as an audience. Disappointed. I'll report to the plant manager.

All’interno l’impianto è dotato di piscina esterna ed interna. Do 3 stelle perché ho notato che l’impianto è carente per quanto riguarda la manutenzione e la pulizia delle vasche.
