През 1924 г. е извършен основен ремонт на сградата, което включва повдигането на пода и поставянето на емблематичната мозайка на фасадата. Като цяло фасадата на сградата е с максимално изчистени линии и едва ли щеше да се отличава по нещо от околните здания, ако е беше голямата централна мозайка, с единични кръгли прозорци отстрани.
Founded in 1859 by Antonio Salvati, the Salvia glass workshop built this building in the early 20th century, with a glass shop and kiln. In 1924 the building was overhauled, which included raising the floor and placing the iconic mosaic on the facade. In general, the facade of the building has the most clean lines and would hardly have differed in anything from the surrounding buildings, if it was the large central mosaic, with single round windows on the side.

Due to the reconstruction, Palazzo Dario drew the attention of Palazzo Salviati. Palazzo Salviati overlooks the Grand Canal and is located next to the Palazzo Dario. In order to see this palace you need to take the Vaporetto to the stop of Santa Maria del Giglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ziemlich einfache Fassade wäre ohne jedes Interesse, wenn nicht das große Mosaik in der Mitte vorhanden wäre, das von zwei einzelnen Rundbogenfenstern flankiert ist. Das Gebäude wurde als Handelsgeschäft und Ofen der Glasfabrik Salviati in den Jahren 1903–1906 errichtet. 1924 wurde der kleine Palast einer grundlegenden Restaurierung unterzogen, die in der Aufstockung um ein Geschoss und den Einbau des großen Mosaiks in die Fassade bestand.
The fairly simple facade would be of no interest were it not for the large central mosaic flanked by two single mullioned windows. The building was constructed in 1903-1906 as a shop and furnace for the Salviati glass factory. In 1924, the small palace underwent a major restoration, which consisted of adding a floor and installing the large mosaic on the facade.
