Lo storico portone, l’ascensore in legno, i pianerottoli impreziositi da bellissime piante, i pensili in legno del ‘900, gli stalli per le carrozze rappresentano una peculiarità del Palazzo, dove tuttora hanno sede prestigiosi studi legali tra cui Rubino & Russo , studio legale storico costituito in diretta discendenza dello studio dell’Avv. Michele Rubino (direttore delle rivista Diritto e Giurisprudenza che aveva sede in Via Atri n.23) della fine dell’800, come testimoniato dalla raccolta di testi giuridici .
Palazzo del centro antico, where Filangieri, Goethe, Trudi, more recently Croce lived, as remembered by the marble plaques on the facade. The historic door, the wooden lift, the landings embellished with beautiful plants, the wooden wall units of the '900, the stalls for the carriages represent a peculiarity of the building, where prestigious law firms are still based, including Rubino & Russo, studio historical lawyer established in direct descent of the law firm of Avv. Michele Rubino (director of the Law and Jurisprudence magazine which was based in Via Atri 23) from the end of the 19th century, as evidenced by the collection of legal texts.
