★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è un ottimo supermercato CONAD oltre al cup...peccato per la scarsità di posti auto per donne incinta che tra l'altro non vengono mai rispettati.

com'è possibile dire
" è finito il vaccino provate domani" !! dopo aver fatto 30minuti di fila!!!
incompetenza/ indolenza allo stato puro !!!

how it is possible to say
"the vaccine is finished try tomorrow" !! after 30 minutes in a row !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegati gentili e disponibili, sempre disposti a risolvere le criticità sollevate dall'utenza anche se oberati di lavoro. Comodo l'ampio parcheggio a disposizione,come pure l'orario di apertura al pubblico che può accedere ai servizi anche il sabato mattina o i pre-festivi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho fatto la visita oculistica con la dott.ssa Annichiarico:è durata 5 minuti in tutto,ha confermato il mio astigmatismo,ma non è stata fatta la visita approfondita.
Ho chiesto infine un resoconto della mia situazione, e molto frettolosamente e fastidita ha scritto un esito consono all'ottico senza specificarne le diottrie!!
Che visita oculistica..se così la vogliamo chiamare!!!
Ora capisco perché c'è sempre disponibilità a breve termine!
This morning I had an eye examination with Dr. Annichiarico: it lasted 5 minutes in all, confirmed my astigmatism, but the thorough visit was not made.
Finally, I asked for an account of my situation, and very hastily and annoyed he wrote a result suited to the optician without specifying his diopters !!
What an eye examination .. if we want to call it like this !!!
Now I understand why there is always short-term availability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preparatevi a rispondere alle domande prima di accedere al servizio, nome cognome, telefono e quant'altro, misurazione della temperatura (sacrosanta) e alle attese all'esterno (fino a che il tempo regge) e nei pressi dei locali, al fine di contingentare gli ingressi, ma comunque si creano assembramenti. Consiglierei di vigilare ed intervenire, solo se necessario, dall'interno, per non limitare la libertà individuale, evitando le discutibili trafile burocratiche, che già sono tante.
In merito alla qualità dei servizi è un'altra storia, è anche questione di fortuna ))

I would recommend to monitor and intervene, only if necessary, from the inside, in order not to limit individual freedom, avoiding the questionable bureaucratic procedures, which are already many.
Regarding the quality of services is another story, it is also a matter of luck))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale a contatto con il pubblico è splendido ed è disponibilissimo malgrado la mole di lavoro. Altra cosa sono le "alte sfere".... Come mai esiste un solo numero verde per tutta la provincia per conoscere gli orari degli sportelli per l'attivazione delle tessere sanitarie mentre le altre USL hanno un numero diretto? Come mai la pagina web correlata non dice che con quel numero è obbligatorio prenotare per ottenere il servizio? Se considerate che passerete tutta la giornata al telefono per una cosa così semplice beh, allora complimenti al genio sconosciuto che ha strutturato il servizio. Avete uno spazio web e, presumo, pagate un informatico quindi dovete mettere informazioni utili ed aggiornate evitando di far perdere tempo a noi ed a voi. Grazie
The staff in contact with the public is splendid and is extremely helpful despite the amount of work. Another thing are the "high spheres" .... Why is there only one toll-free number for the whole province to know the opening hours of the counters for the activation of health cards while the other USL have a direct number? Why does the related web page not say that with that number it is mandatory to book to get the service? If you consider that you will spend all day on the phone for such a simple thing well, then congratulations to the unknown genius who structured the service. You have a web space and, I assume, you pay a computer scientist so you have to put useful and updated information, avoiding wasting time for us and you. Thank you
