★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non tanto cordiale se fai una domanda in più ti rispondono male dopo una attesa che doveva arrivare il dottore già in orario di lavoro da un ora .
Staff not so friendly if you ask one more question they answer you badly after a wait that the doctor had to arrive already in working time for an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto comodo da raggiungere, ben segnalato e con parcheggio gratuito vicino. Il CUP é aperto con orari ridotti rispetto agli ambulatori.
Convenient place to reach, well signposted and with free parking nearby. The CUP is open with shorter hours compared to the surgeries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova nei pressi de cosiddetto "quartiere dell'arte", comodo parcheggio esterno gratuito. Personale preparato e molto gentile, sopratutto le ragazze del cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un luogo pubblico con dipendenti pubblici, difficile quindi trovarci una qualche eccellenza. Però ho trovato di peggio e, considerando di cosa parliamo, ci si può accontentare. Poi è un posto piccolo, più facile da gestire.
Ricordiamo inoltre che nell'inefficenza del reparto pubblico, spesso pesano molto la stupidità e la maleducazione dei fruitori, che se fossero loro, intanto, di qualità migliore, costringerebbero anche gli altri ad essere migliori.
Vaglielo a spiegare……
It is a public place with public employees, so it is difficult to find some excellence in it. But I found worse and, considering what we talk about, we can be satisfied. Then it's a small place, easier to manage.
We also remember that in the inefficiency of the public department, the stupidity and rudeness of the users often weigh heavily, that if they were, in the meantime, of better quality, they would also force the others to be better.

La volta precedente il numero non era neanche disponibile; poi sappiamo bene che in questi luoghi affollatti c'è sempre da discutere se lo scorrimento della fila non è chiaro..
