★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo bellissimo palazzo seicentesco situato nell'ex Viale dei Pini era un tempo di proprietà dei Cimino, all'epoca ricchi proprietari terrieri, che oltre al palazzo possedevano l'intero viale e numerosi altri territori a Soveria Mannelli.
Oggi purtroppo il palazzo è abbandonato e necessiterebbe di un restauro per tornare al suo antico splendore (come del resto molti altri palazzi storici di Soveria).
 This beautiful seventeenth-century palace located in the former Viale dei Pini was once owned by the Cimino family, at the time rich landowners, who in addition to the palace owned the entire avenue and numerous other territories in Soveria Mannelli.
Unfortunately today the building is abandoned and would need to be restored to return to its former glory (like many other historic buildings in Soveria).
