β β β β β Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location in Ravello. Chose to stay here 4 nights vs. leaving to go to Positano or Amalfi. Constantly delighted by the amenities with the beach club, complimentary shuttle, outdoor bar with aperitivo, rooftop hot tub, neck pillows, extensive breakfast buffet. We got everything we paid for and much, much more.

β β β β β We loved our stay at Palazzo Avino. The staff is very friendly and authentic. The service was excellent and tailor-made to needs. Antonio went above and beyond. Even Covid days we felt very safe. The beach club on top made the experience very rich and we will come back again. Thanks a lot for this unforgettable stay.

β β β β β I have no problem dropping a few thousand dollars a night for a nice hotel. Done it countless times. The only thing this place has to justify it's rates are the other guests who also paid to stay there. Even then, there are kids running around the pool. It has a view but absolutely nothing else is outstanding at Palazzo Avino.

β β β β β The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were great. However, given the price we paid we thought the service didnβt match up. Me and my husband thought the staff was also a bit racist. Other than the service, the location and property were all amazing.

β β β β β Most incredible hotel Iβve ever stayed at. Staff is incredible kind and attentive (Antonio you rock!) and made our trip very special. The food at the restaurant is out of this world, and the views from the hotel are sure to take your breath away.

β β β β β Truly so lovely with top notch service. I now compare every hotel experience to the one I had here. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive. Fantastic location and amenities. Really enjoyed the pools and hotel restaurants. Highly recommend!

β β β β β We had a nice stay here although I have to say I was a little disappointed by the overly formal approach to the service at the hotel. It might just be how the industry believes people want to be treated but it can feel cold an inauthentic. People were very 'on it' and clearly trained as intended but it just feels icey, like a lot of 5 star places do. It would be nice to feel a bit of personality and it almost feels like they are scared to step out of line and crack a joke.
The hotel is beautiful, the facilities excellent and the view exceptional. We paid for a nice room with a sea view but was also surprised at how basic the bathroom was and how small the room was. May have been spoilt along our trip but we had larger rooms / suites for similar money at comparable hotels. We also didn't get told that it would be best to book the restaurant ahead of time, we did get asked if we wanted to book some drinks on arrival but no mention on the urgency to book. Worth adding that to the initial outreach.
It was nice, as I'd expect it to be, but was actually a little disappointed. Still a good stay
