Locali non molto ampi e un po' vetusti. Attrezzature abbastanza recenti. Gym offering very competitive season tickets from an economic point of view. Un'ottima alternativa a palestre più grandi ma dal costo doppio e con decisamente meno quiete(e più dopati). Specifica per chi vuole pace e poca spesa. Negligible and highly competitive prices. Small but ideal gym for quiet training (except special times - Monday evening). An excellent alternative to larger gyms but with a double cost and with much less quiet (and more doped). Specific for those who want peace and little expense.

Trovo che ci sia professionalità per chi svolge attività ...è come entrare nella casa di amici dove ti fanno stare bene sia con il fisico che con la mente . Spero poter continuare anche in futuro !! Ho acquistato un abbonamento a metà settembre per 299 € (quello che offrite non vale questa cifra ma, per aiutare le attività che avevano avuto chiusure, ho pagato) con scadenza 30 giugno. Ora che hanno riaperto, mi vedo presentare un voucher di 179€ che servirebbe a coprire luglio, agosto (avete sempre chiuso per ferie) e settembre per poi comprare un altro abbonamento a settembre (non si sa ancora con quali "offerte") per sfruttare gli 80 € che rimarrebbero dal voucher. Ora... 1 perché volete OBBLIGARMI a comprare un nuovo abbonamento quando avete intascato 299€ senza che io abbia potuto usufruirne Eh si, mi obbligate se non voglio perdere nulla di quanto pagato e comunque vi starei regalando 3 mesi del mio abbonamento (perché?????) 2 bastava semplicemente prolungare l'abbonamento per i 6 mesi che non ho sfruttato 3 perché vi devo regalare i miei soldi? Anche io ho un'attività a contatto con il pubblico che compra pacchetti. Nessuno di loro ha perso 1 solo trattamento acquistato, chiamasi onestà 4 avete contato quanti clienti avete perso? Solo io ne conosco 3, complimenti Io voglio capire tutto, anche io ho avuto problemi per colpa del covid con continue chiusure e perdita di soldi, ma questo non mi ha fatto perdere la consapevolezza di quanto sia importante accontentare il cliente che non deve pagare lo scotto di questa pandemia. Dopo la ripartenza hanno offerto agli iscritti un voucher per recuperare il tempo perso (con un importo super vantaggioso) e anche la borsa in omaggio. Il personale è sempre a tua disposizione, i locali sono agevoli e puliti, le attrezzature sono buone e gli altri utenti sono disposti ad aiutarsi fra loro. Quando mi sono iscritta ho avuto dei dubbi, non sapevo se avrei potuto fare tutto per problemi di salute, ma l'istruttore che ho incontrato mi ha fatto una scheda personalizzata senza chiedermi extra e tenendo conto di una situazione fisica molto complicata. Le ragazze alla reception hanno sempre il sorriso sulle labbra e sono super gentili, la palestra è a due passi da casa quindi che vuoi di più? Unica nota "negativa" è che non c'è magari un app per smartphone che permetta di mettersi in contatto con voi e prenotare eventuali appuntamenti e corsi, sarebbe il massimo.
