★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella solo perché non posso darne meno!!! Mi hanno venduto il Takagi Eternity 16 una vera bidonata e non sono l'unico.
Oltre tutto non sanno darti assistenza...non vendono più il prodotto..(evidentemente hanno avuto troppi problemi e hanno cambiato politica) ma non gli passa manco per l'anticamera del cervello di trovare una soluzione a questi bidoni. Ovviamente al momento dell'acquisto,a detta loro, era un prodotto ottimo e mai avuto problemi..., non ho parole per di più non c'è più l'assistenza a Genova e trovare qualcuno che me lo ripari è un impresa ,preciso che è ancora in garanzia, ma preferisco farmelo riparare o acquistarne uno nuovo più tosto che avere nuovamente a che fare con scuse senza senso, con personale che non sa cosa fare e discorsi che non portano a nulla.
Sono deluso, tanto.
A star just because I can not give less !!! I was sold the Takagi Eternity 16 a real trash and I'm not the only one.
Besides, they do not know how to give you assistance ... they no longer sell the product .. (evidently they have had too many problems and have changed politics) but they do not even miss the brain antechamber to find a solution to these bins. Obviously at the time of purchase, according to them, it was a great product and never had problems ..., I have no words for more there is no more assistance in Genoa and find someone to repair it is a business, precise that it is still under warranty, but I prefer to make it repair or buy a new one rather than having to deal again with senseless excuses, with staff who do not know what to do and talk that leads to nothing.
I'm disappointed, so much.
