00 mi dicono che mi hanno contattato ma sul mio cellulare non c'e traccia della chiamata. Mi dicono di chiamare dopo 15 minuti. ho richiamato dopo 15 minuti e gli uffici erano chiusi.

00 they tell me that they contacted me but there is no trace of the call on my mobile. They tell me to call after 15 minutes. I called back after 15 minutes and the offices were closed.
