Devo dire che sono rimasto positivamente impressionato dalla cortesia e disponibilità dell'interlocutore che, prontamente, ha inviato una mail con il dettaglio degli interventi da eseguire ed il costo. Onestamente, mi aspettavo un costo più contenuto ma, per correttezza, devo anche dire che la qualità del servizio hanno il loro prezzo. Contrariamente, devo rilevare il comportamento poco corretto del rivenditore di Bologna presso il quale abbiamo acquitato la vettura immatricolata a gennaio 2017 e con appena 11mila Km. e l'ultimo tagliando effettuato nel 2019 dal precedente proprietario a 7mila Km. che, nonostante le rimostranze, ha dichiarato che il tagliando non era necessario stante il basso chilometraggio percorso. Invece, correttamente, ho appreso da voi che il tagliando va effettuato. Adesso, il mio problema, è quello di riuscire a farmi tutelare dalla Legge ed ottenere un risarcimento dallo scorretto venditore. Mi scuso per lo sfogo e ringrazio ancora la vostra professionalità e gentilezza. I contacted this dealer for a quote for the periodic service on my i10.
