Servizio scadente.
Personale poco professionale e maleducato.
Richiesta ambulanza chiedendo trasporto con barella x una persona anziana allettata che fa fatica a stare seduta, si sono presentati senza barella.
La seconda volta l'ambulanza è arrivata in ritardo, un'ora dopo all'ora pattuita col rischio di far saltare una visita importante.
Bad experience twice.
Poor service.
Unprofessional and rude staff.
An ambulance request asking for transport with a stretcher for an elderly bedridden person who struggles to sit up, they showed up without a stretcher.
The second time the ambulance arrived late, an hour later at the agreed time with the risk of blowing up an important visit.
