Avevo chiesto al signore l'orario in cui fosse aperta la segreteria di pomeriggio dato che il mattino faccio fatica,mi ha dato un orario con una fretta che sembrava avesse di meglio da fare (capisco una volta o due...anche tre ma quasi due settimane che ho chiamato per avere qualche informazione mi rispondeva sempre in quel modo). Oggi sono andata a scuola,nell'orario che mi aveva detto fosse aperta la segreteria, solo per sentirmi dire che avevo sbagliato orario....dalla stessa persona che me lo aveva dato. Non mi è piaciuto il modo in cui me l'ha detto, sarebbe potuto essere più cortese anche perché quando gli faccio notare che è stato lui a darmi l'orario sbagliato mi ha detto testualmente: >, indicando un foglio con degli orari appeso sulla porta d'ingresso. Questo non mi sembra il modo di affrontare una situazione. Mi dispiace recensire in questo modo anche perché gli insegnanti in sé sono fantastici danno una buona educazione ed un buon esempio, lo so perché ho frequentato questa scuola, ma purtroppo in questi anni la segreteria sembra essere cambiata e a quanto pare non in meglio, perciò penso sia giusto farlo sapere. It is difficult to communicate with the answering machine or rather with the gentleman who answers the calls. I had asked the gentleman the time when the secretariat was open in the afternoon since I struggle in the morning, he gave me a time with a hurry that seemed to have better things to do (I understand once or twice ... even three but almost two weeks that I called to get some information he always answered me that way). Today I went to school, at the time he told me the secretariat was open, only to be told that I had the wrong time ... from the same person who gave it to me. I didn't like the way he told me, he could have been more courteous also because when I point out that he was the one who gave me the wrong time he said verbatim: \ U0026lt; \ u0026lt; I do not know what I said but I only know what is written on the sheet ... >>, pointing to a sheet with timetables hanging on the front door. This doesn't seem like the way to deal with a situation. I am sorry to review in this way also because the teachers themselves are fantastic they give a good education and a good example, I know because I attended this school, but unfortunately in recent years the secretariat seems to have changed and apparently not for the better, so I think it is fair to let it be known.
