La passione e dedizione per il proprio lavoro e la disponibilità nei confronti di una cliente (che preciso nemmeno conosceva) lo ha portato a reperire un prodotto fuori regione e farlo arrivare a Reggio....quanti lo avrebbero fatto? Un ambiente cordiale sereno, accogliente...dopo aver ricevuto la chiamata per l'arrivo del prodotto mi sono presentata alla cassa ed ho trovato una gentilissima sig.ra Francesca che sembrava mi conoscesse da sempre. Ragazzi siete davvero speciali!!!è un piacere davvero entrare all'ovs!!!Dio benedica le persone come voi!
I had the pleasure and honor of speaking with Mr. NINO, a truly professional and helpful person. The passion and dedication for his work and the availability towards a customer (who precisely did not even know) led him to find a product outside the region and make it arrive in Reggio .... how many would have done it? A friendly, serene, welcoming environment ... after receiving the call for the product to arrive, I went to the cashier and found a very kind Ms Francesca who seemed to have known me forever. You guys are really special !!! it's a really pleasure to enter the ovs !!! God bless people like you!
