zero kindness and courtesy, non-existent availability, the lady shop assistant (not the girl) by the manner and the way she looks at you, gives you the impression that you think; "but this was to come right here?". Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale super scortese! Qualche anno fa c’erano commesse super cortesi e spendevo una marea di soldi! Ora compro su internet perché la maleducazione e la mancanza di professionalità (specialmente dalla tizia di mezza età con i capelli lisci e scuri) non vanno premiati affatto! Se ha problemi di nervosismo che li lasciasse a casa e ricordasse il perché ed il come gli arriva lo stipendio: dai clienti! A mai più (o almeno finché non cambiano personale)
Super rude staff! A few years ago there were super nice shop assistants and I spent a ton of money! Now I shop on the internet because rudeness and lack of professionalism (especially from the middle aged chick with straight dark hair) are not rewarded at all! If he has nervous problems, he should leave them at home and remember why and how his salary arrives: from the customers! A never again (or at least until they change staff)
