La proprietà è davvero gentilissima, in fase di prenotazione ci aveva avvisato di un evento quindi abbiamo dovuto anticipare... La cena nonostante l'imminente arrivo di altri ospiti è stata davvero gradevole... È scorsa tranquillamente senza fretta... Piatti unici e particolari... La gentilezza finale è unica... Avevamo ordinato due cocktail (tra l'altro buonissimi) ma considerato che il nostro tempo a disposizione era "scaduto" ci sono stati offerti dalla casa... Davvero unici... Grazie!
 Ovico Restaurant is from my point of view one of the best restaurants in Perugia ... The property is really very kind, during the booking phase they had warned us of an event so we had to anticipate ... Dinner despite the imminent arrival of other guests it was really pleasant ... It passed quietly without haste ... Unique and particular dishes ... The final kindness is unique ... We had ordered two cocktails (among other very good) but considering that our time available was "expired" were offered to us by the house ... Really unique ... Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ristorante poco conosciuto in pieno centro storico, una scoperta interessante. Il locale è accogliente ed il personale è attento. La cucina è molto curata, alla ricerca del gourmet. I piatti sono presentati molto bene, le quantità di cibo non sono proprio abbondanti. Eravamo in due ed abbiamo fatto scelte diverse. Una volta seduti ci è stato servito un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto. Simpatico anche il bauletto dei tipi di pane di produzione propria). Per antipasto abbiamo preso un tramezzino croccante al foie-gras (forse un po' troppo aromatico) e un millefoglie al baccalà mantecato (appetitoso). Come primi abbiamo provato ravioli del plin di lepre (buoni) e tagliolini alla crema di acciughe (eccezionali). Per dessert abbiamo ordinato biancomangiare alle noci pecan con biscotto (scenografico) e deep purple (gustoso). Abbiamo bevuto una bottiglia di grechetto fuori carta dei vini. Abbiamo speso 95€ pur usufruendo dello sconto TheFork (leggermente caro).
A little known restaurant in the historic center, an interesting discovery. The place is welcoming and the staff is attentive. The cuisine is very accurate, in search of the gourmet. The dishes are very well presented, the quantities of food are not exactly abundant. There were two of us and we made different choices. Once seated we were served a small welcome drink. The box of home-made types of bread is also nice). For an appetizer we had a crunchy foie-gras sandwich (perhaps a little too aromatic) and a creamy cod millefeuille (appetizing). As first courses we tried ravioli del plin di hare (good) and tagliolini with anchovy cream (exceptional). For dessert we ordered pecan biancomangiare with biscuit (spectacular) and deep purple (tasty). We drank a bottle of Grechetto off the wine list. We spent € 95 while taking advantage of the TheFork discount (slightly expensive).
