★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a find this was! Burgers and sushi in the middle of Italy. Fantastic! Need I say more? The sushi was actually really good too, as was the salmon burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner with friends. Great chitarrino pasta with sea orchard and raw tuna, and main with raw fish also was high quality. Downstairs Christian the barman knows what he does and is creative/keen to serve different cocktails or classics with a spin (extensive gin selection allows to do so too for g&t)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst sushi i’ve ever tried. Rice was not seasoned whatsoever, and the fillings one some sushis were minimal. Even the soy sauce which they make a show out of is nasty. Would not eat the Japanese food here. The Italian food here is however very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sushi right in the center of Perugia . One of the waiters even spoke some English . It's a great place for a drink and some sushi , I loved the sushi but I found it very expensive 16€ for a roll is a bit too much .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in this place for a quick lunch .... but we found ourselves eating a challenging lunch based on fish (gourmet), very tasty and delicate. A very pleasant surprise, also thanks to the service provided by Marco, in charge of the table where we sat, which he was able to direct us towards light but inviting dishes. Absolutely to try!
