Gli ingredienti sono molto buoni e l'abbinamento è molto equilibrato. La dolcezza della crema di melanzane contrasta bene la leggera acidità dei pomodori secchi e il cerchio si chiude con la croccantezza delle zucchine. Personalmente ho provato una metà della pizza aggiungendo un filo d'olio extravergine d'oliva a crudo e mi è piaciuta ancora di più. Potrebbe essere un suggerimento,ma i gusti sono personali.

The ingredients are very good and the pairing is very balanced. The sweetness of the aubergine cream contrasts well the light acidity of the dried tomatoes and the circle closes with the crunchiness of the zucchini. Personally I tried half of the pizza by adding a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil and I liked it even more. It might be a suggestion, but tastes are personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale simpatico ed accogliente per trascorrere una serata mangiando specialità di carne o una buona pizza all'aperto. Anche la sala interna, non in uso in estate, sembra ben curata. Personale gentile e premuroso. Esperienza persone non pienamente soddisfacente per un eccesso di peperoncino (aggiunta che avevo chiesto io). Nel complesso valutazione positiva.
Nice and welcoming place to spend an evening eating meat specialties or a good pizza outdoors. The interior room, not in use in the summer, also seems well maintained. Friendly and attentive staff. People experience not fully satisfactory for an excess of chilli (addition that I had asked for). Overall positive evaluation.
