★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si viene a Copertino, per forza devi passare di qua! Piccolo forno che fa le specialità pugliesi: il calzone e il rustico Leccese piu pizze , pero forno a legna! Il rustico si scoglie in bocca e provoca un esplosione di gusti tra la besciamella, la noce moscata e il sugo di pomodoro e la pasta sfoglia . 4 stelle perche devono migliorare con i tempi di attesa... oggi hanno ritardato di 35 minuti, nonostante avevo prenotato telefonicamente. Per carita ci sta un po di ritardo ma nom cosi tanto! Comunque ne e valsa la pena attendere! La roba tutta fresca e buonissima a buon prezzo!
