★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seppur di passaggio non siamo riusciti a non assaggiare tutta la gastronomia offerta: focacce fredde farcite, focacce calde con i ripieni più vari, rustici e calzoni. Nulla ci ha deluso, anzi non vediamo l'ora di ripassare da Copertino per un'altra sosta. Bravi.
Even though we were passing through, we could not avoid tasting all the gastronomy offered: cold stuffed focaccia, hot focaccia with the most varied fillings, rustic and calzoni. Nothing disappointed us, indeed we can't wait to come back to Copertino for another stop. Well done.
