In massima sintesi: servizio eccellente, qualità molto alta di tutti i materiali in vendita. Difficile non diventare cliente abituale. Il laboratorio ottico per gli esami della vista è al piano inferiore (si scende con l'ascensore dentro il negozio). Ancient optician's shop (from glasses to binoculars to other optical / precision instruments), now I'm in the third (or fourth?) Generation. In summary: excellent service, very high quality of all the materials for sale. Hard not to become a regular customer. The optical laboratory for eye exams is on the lower floor (you go down the elevator inside the shop).

Andrea, il titolare, è estremamente competente e molto cordiale. Da commerciante quale anche io sono da generazioni oltre a quanto descritto, ho ravvisato in Andrea una rarità oggi desueta: il riconoscimento anche dei difetti di fabbrica (a me è capitato) senza tentativi di manipolare l'evidenza. Non solo mi è abbondantemente venuto in contro rispetto ad un danno che invece ho cagionato io sulle mie lenti. Ecco, un esempio per chi ha un'attività: fare l'impossibile per fidelizzare il cliente, naturalmente il cliente onesto quale credo di essere. Non c'è GDO e catene che tengano: professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità. Infine da Andrea non manca certo l'elevata qualità sia per la scelta delle lenti, sia per la scelta delle montature.
